About WMAM Membership
Life Membership
Annual renewal exempted. Only applicable for active member with minimum 3 years of services & upon approval from EXCO members
Ordinary Membership
Normal individual membership with annual renewal fees. Application subject to approval from EXCO.
Corporate Membership
Corporate member with allocated 4 staffs from the company with annual renewal fees. Application subject to approval from EXCO.
Membership Benefits
- 1. WMAM is a platform for members to interact and connect with other associations and their members from Waste Associations, waste industry companies or local embassy in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Austria, German, Netherlands, India and Philippines.
- 2. WMAM is a National Member of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) as well as partners in the Asia Pacific Waste and Environment Alliance (APWEA)
- 3. Network with other members with similar interests and background within the association
- 4. Attend and get the latest update on trainings and seminars organized by WMAM
- 5. Attend networking sessions with local embassies, international associations, during these sessions, members are able to set business to business meetings that are relevant to their field
- 6. WMAM also provides the link to government agencies in the waste industry for our members and will assist to link our members (if required) with the relevant government agencies
- 7. WMAM members are also entitled to discounts for WMAM, ISWA and APWEA related events. (i.e WasteMET Asia, CleanEnviro, IFAT, ISWA World Congress, just to name a few)
- 8. WMAM is recognized by the government as the association of waste practitioner, system provider, academia and consultant thus the platform for government to consult in waste management policies
