THE first recycling cabin in Shah Alam set up in Setia Alam less than a month ago is being misused. The cabin, placed in the Setia Alam Central Park carpark, off Jalan Setia Indah U13/10 was meant for recyclables such as paper and glass. However,bulk waste, non-recyclable items and recyclables that have yet to be sorted were dumped in and around the cabin.
